Apart from the 5-year structural warranty, all other parts are covered by a standard 12-month warranty, except specific parts that have an explicit manufacturer’s warranty. (eg, Enerdrive products have a 5-year manufacturer warranty)

If a part is found to be defective within the warranty period,

• LONG HAUL CAMPERS will repair or replace the part at their discretion.
• LONG HAUL CAMPERS warranties do not cover damage caused by unauthorised modifications, abuse, misuse, incorrect assembly, inadequate maintenance, acts of god, accidents or collisions or terrorism
• Any costs related to transport, accommodation, towing or recovery costs occurring as a result of a warranty claim are the purchaser’s responsibility.
• Warranties do not apply to products that are used as rentals or for hire.
• Warranties do not apply to second-hand products, sold at auction or sold as a demonstrator, factory second or used.

Trailers are covered by the above limited manufacturer’s warranty from the original date of purchase. The original purchaser is entitled to replacement or repair for a major failure. The original purchaser is entitled to have the product repaired or replaced if the product fails to be of acceptable quality.

• Tyre wear and tear
• Paint general wear and tear
• All internal and external Zips
• Colour fading and sun or water exposure
• General consumables such as batteries, bearings, lights, brakes, fuses, etc.

Canvas, etc, are covered by a 12-month limited manufacturer’s warranty from the original date of purchase. General wear and tear of the canvas is excluded

You must season the Canvas before use. This will help prevent leaks along the stitching and seams. Canvas leaks are not covered by warranty

• Warranties are valid from the original date of purchase.
• All warranty work needs to be carried out by LONG HAUL CAMPERS’ authorised representative only with written permission from LONG HAUL CAMPERS
